Step 1:

Print and fill out student application form below. Call school to schedule entrance testing, campus tour, and family chat time with administration. Pre-printed copies of the student application form are available in the school office.

Step 2:

Students will complete grade level entrance testing in reading and mathematics.

Step 3:

Upon completion of entrance testing, you will receive a call from administration within two weeks to provide feedback. ​

Step 4:

 Submit necessary documentation to admissions for final review and consideration

• Immunization records
• Copy of social security card
• Academic, Attendance, and Behavioral records from previous schools 
• Current IEP or 504 records

Step 5:

Official email or call from administration confirming enrollment. You will receive your child’s school contract, set up tuition payment, and enroll in courses for the upcoming school year.​
